Bachelor's project – a visual identity and branding of a fictional brand for future food. 

The food consumption currently causes 20-30% of all emissions globally, and in the future we must resort to new types of food, with a lower carbon footprint – yet high in nutrition and protein, in order to feed the Earth's growing population. In my Bachelors project, I wanted to explore how to brand locally produced novel foods, containing crickets and seaweed. 

I wanted to create a brand and visual identity that feels safe and intrigues the consumer, rather than being a cause for scepticism. The result is Grund – a playful brand for organic and locally produced future food
